Our Returns Policy

When you complete an online purchase, you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order or bespoke/customised goods) up to 7 days after receiving your order. With the Electric ireland Store, you can return any item within 10 days (i.e. an additional 3 days over the statutory 7 days) of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it.

You can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched.If you wish to cancel your order please contact the Buy4Now Customer Service team quoting your order reference number

If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).

Please contact the Buy4Now customer service team with your order reference number prior to returning goods.

If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to the Buy4Now Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will of course also refund the cost of posting back the defective product.

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. All items returned must be in their original condition. Electrical items which contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been tampered with.

It is important that we know the order reference number your items relate to in order to process your returned items and organise a refund or an exchange.
